Hello @British_Airways. Online checkin says I haven’t provided Covid docs. I go to add them (again) but that site says they are submitted and verified. Helpline says “website glitch, sorry”. Numerous complaints on Twitter. Seems like this is a known issue you need to own.
@thegrugq@RCSEdArchive I just thought it might be possible to reverse engineer the rest of the substitution if there was some logic to it. For example, B->Y might indicate a mirror of half alphabet. C, D and H mapping to themselves isn’t helpful though.
