Strong variety genetics 🤝 #Revysol fungicide chemistry
At this very moment, wheat is creating ~£38/ha in yield EVERY DAY that its canopy is kept green

For me, it’s what it’s all about. When trying for the best future, sometimes it’s good to be reminded to live in the moment.
…I should probably also remind him at some point that his mum’s not too bad either…🤪
Clear differences here in the longveity of different products on keeping #Septoria at bay, which in mid-june could be very difficult to seperate out. Extending that GLA duration key to capturing as much of that yield building sunlight as possible. @BASFcropUK
@MurielleMoille All pictures are of Skyfall (3)
The other variety where yellow rust is visual is KWS Kinetic (4), although at lower levels at this site - seems to be following RL ratings
I wouldn’t say this is necessarily as clear cut everywhere though…
A good time to look at T1 comparisons at Great Tew #RealResultsFarm. Crops look full of potential
Septoria just starting to express on untreated leaf 2's? - one to watch with warming temps
T1 4 weeks ago, YR only in 2/32 varieties here - strong levels of fungicide control
Great to see @rebecca_joynt + @ChloeMo95 discuss @ADASGroup#Revysol and #RevystarXE research with 2 scientific papers at the International Symposium for Crop Protection
✅Highest curative activity
✅Increased healthy area duration+yield
✅Strongest genetics, strongest chemistry
I’ve really missed the buzz of discussion in trial plots, safety first 🙌

@bentd76@dikesmarshfarm@vaderstad@grange_mac @soilhealthexprt @Rothamsted A good investigation Ben. @dikesmarshfarm is right..using simple sugar (glucose?) will proliferate very specific biological communities.Amazingly root exudates are variety specific, not just crop. Mimicking them is impossible, but you're one step closer 👍

A great chat with Dr Julie Smith @ADASGroup and Bill Angus, discussing varietal genetics, innovations, chemistry, and planning strategies for 2021 onwards.
"Chemistry protects genetics, and genetics protects chemistry"
Well worth a watch if you missed the original event 👍
Thank you to everyone who joined our #RealResultsVirtualFarm event last week, where our expert panel explored the value of genetics & fungicides.

Great to be able to get back out into trials very recently 🙌
Quick update from Great Tew - yellow rust has been a big challenge all season, but really strong levels of control achievable
Septoria levels now 💥 following the recent rain...Another year to test product longevity 👍
"It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade."
Here's to hoping that the skies stay blue 🙌🏻
