The opening contest at Hamilton tomorrow looks a very above average contest. Only 4 go to post but I have a feeling this race will throw up several winners this season.
Certainly one to watch.
One of tomorrowโs contenders, Angels Passing (far left in blue) found the penny dropping late on debut at York 3 weeks ago and caught the eye looking as though she may benefit for a little further.

Notebook ๐ horse Stardom Glory has a couple of entries next week after doing a lot of good work on his debut at York 2 weeks ago.
He was tat for toe and looked very green before running on strongly late on.
The winner, Possessive is currently favourite for the Woodcote at Epsom on Friday.
๐๐ผ
Another ๐ horse, Stellar Sunrise has won 3 times since, 6/1,6/1,7/1.
He was sent off a silly price at Newmarket last time where we had the lovely Saber Strike as a good winner for us at a very nice price.
Heโs favourite again at Epsom on Friday and heโs a horse I like but I would be giving a warning โ ๏ธ if a lot more rain falls.
Will see how that materialises.

A La Prochaine is a filly in the notebook already, following her 3rd in the Cheshire Oaks. She is thrown in at the deep end in the Oaks on Friday.
She is a filly with decent ability in my opinion and has the action that would like some juice underfoot.
Remains to be seen if she handles Epsom and the occasion but either way she is one to keep following this campaign.
Iโm the One, second here in the VT is also in the notebook and similar comments apply to follow her as well.

Thought Celeborn would come on from his seasonal reappearance and could have an E/W chance.
They have reached for the cheek pieces after he hung left handed at Newbury 3 weeks ago.
At the entry stage I thought Sallal & Respond were of interest.
Both have been drawn in the carpark and both wear hoods which gives me concern on both fronts and tempers enthusiasm a bit.
Will re visit.
Venetian Prince, flagged up early yesterday morning, chalked up at 9/2 first show goes off the 6/5f and wins at Newbury.
Been waiting for him for a few weeks.
I missed the 9/2 but had a nice bet at 7/2.
Hope plenty got on
Sometimes this game is all about getting ahead of the layers!

Itโs really pleasing when you spot a horse at a very early stage of its career after just one run go on to make a race like the Derby in itโs second season on the track.
I hope he can fulfil my prediction that he maybe a potential listed winner in his career.
Heโs still got plenty to learn about the game but he is a lovely son of New Bay and a half brother to Absurde.
Another day, another ๐ winner this season.
Bay Of Brilliance as big as 11/4 last night when posting wins really well returning the 10/11F.
Well done if you had a go ๐ซก

The next couple of days racing are nothing short of abysmal.
Thursday doesnโt look much better either.
One horse ought to be going close if itโs declared Thursday or waits for the weekend.
If anything else catches my eye I will flag it up.
With the Epsom Derby weekend on the horizon Iโve spent several hours looking at a few of the races this weekend already.
Formal got the meeting off to a flyer for us last season, winning really well, flagged up at 6/1.
๐
Formal bombed out on stable debut for Andrew Balding following the dispersal sale from Sir Michael Stoutes.
Significant risks attached that she comes forward from that but sheโs been given a nice break.
Not without an E/W chance at 6/1 in the opener tomorrow on Oaks day.
Nice to see a couple more ๐ horses running well this evening.
River Spey and Comical Point fighting out the finish at Windsor.
Been a great start to the flat campaign for the notebook horses yet again.
Iโve zero doubt in my mind Comical Point will be winning this campaign.
๐
William Haggas has a lovely team of horses running tomorrow.
He could well have a very nice day indeed.
I have a few of the individuals already in the ๐ and will pop up a few views on them before racing tomorrow.
I could write about every runner but I could be writing for a good hour covering them all.
Brilliant trainer and he had a great depth of talent at his disposal.
Hopefully he can hit the bullseye a couple of times tomorrow.
