The 1st ever YEGRUG and CalgaryR joint meetup and social went really well. Thanks to @jon_lin for the idea!

This week! #yeg and #yyc R User Group meetups, with presentations by @psolymos on "Hosting Data Apps" & Pablo Adames on learnr. Join us Feb 24 at https://t.co/MU2EwYNIZu #RStats

I'm trying to migrate from Google Calendar to iCloud Calendar, and it hasn't been a good start. An export and reimport of ical has triggered ~10 years of old invites. Any way to stop this?

[Jon Lin @jon_lin]

CalgaryR and YEGRUG are hosting a joint R User Group meetup and social! @psolymos on "Hosting Data Apps", Pablo Adames on 'learnr', followed by an actual online social using https://t.co/RmUSuMehsi. Join us: https://t.co/MU2EwYNIZu or https://t.co/Gj0P48Qa4j #rstats #yyc #yeg

[Jon Lin @jon_lin]

@psolymos hey, would you be interested at presenting at the Calgary RUG? I'm a fan of your "Hosting Data Apps" and think its an absolute treasure of a resource.

@TyranAult @ab_vax Out! Thank you for the tip.

You have failed the people of Alberta. You’ve consistently made wrong decisions in this health crisis, and racist comments like these are a reminder of why you are unfit to lead Alberta @jkenney.

@RConsortium Thank you to the @RConsortium for supporting R user groups like us, who can help promote data literacy! #rstats

I wish that @Wikipedia made it better known that it has a CRA Registered Charity status in Canada, which means donations are tax deductible! The tax-treaty info doesn't seem to be relevant, since Canadians can donate to the Canadian @Wikimedia foundation.

Has anyone actually been approved under the #canadagreenerhomesgrant by @NRCan? I've been waiting > 2 months since my application and the phone line agents have been generally unhelpful.

Quick experience with @CodeshotApp for #rstats: No syntax highlighting for %>%, |>, +, <- and arg names... and now its giving me hallucinations on export (but it looks fine in app?).

[Jon Lin @jon_lin]

@MonikaFurtado Check out https://t.co/sdGvXuYn1a for the CalgaryR R User Group.

[Jon Lin @jon_lin]

@sarunw @CodeshotApp I just bought it and hope it works out! Thanks for developing this.

As an R #rstats user, I'd probably like a bit closer colour matching. Here is an example from RStudio's IDE of Solarized Dark vs @codeshotapp. Do you think this would be possible?

[Jon Lin @jon_lin]

Hey @sarunw, does your @Codeshotapp support R & #rstats code? Can't quite tell from the feature list.

[Jon Lin @jon_lin]

@sarunw @CodeshotApp Awesome! I’ll pick it up for mac (and sorry, rstats was the hashtag).
