@virginmedia It was offered on the phone as I had complained about the lack of signal in certain parts of the house. I've tried to speak to 3 people today, but nobody seems to understand what I mean and keep getting passed from pillar to post.

@virginmedia Hi, was tv, phone and broadband. Planned to cancel but sales team offered me new deal, my WiFi doesn't work in bedroom or in kitchen, so i was meant to receive 3x boosters. Nobody appears to know about them or how I get them?

Seems to be a lot of issues, we had virgin some years ago and we're impressed by internet speeds. Not this time however
