@edfenergy Are think you are asking the impossible! Move my peak electric from 0.4-0.2%! I think my meter will draw that amount! Previously shift it to 5.9% - now that’s more realistic! Come on!!!
@EmiratesSupport How about setting up different numbers for people in UAE and those outside. They have different needs. The number is useless. I’ve tried over 250 times now
@EmiratesSupport We should have flown on the 1st March but have been cancelled three times now. 100 attempts in last 15 mins to get through on phone and it’s impossible. I have two young boys and haven’t been prioritised in any way. You need to do more
@ukinuae it would be great to get an update on what is being done to help stranded tourists get home? Our flights keep getting cancelled and self funding our accommodation. We can’t continue t like this forever much longer.

@LNER incredibly poor communication at KC station yesterday due to line damage. No idea what trains to get on, which ones were cancelled and where to get information. Not communication between staff members or to customers. Absolutely ridiculous.
@thortful Terrible service as they failed to deliver my wife’s 15 year anniversary card and initially only offered me credit. After complaining they’ve offered a refund but it now costs me time and money to go out today to buy a new card. Terrible customer service. Avoid!
@SIVATrainees I think hand bolus at induction for RSI is the way. Is it appropriate to deliver the induction bolus of propofol with a syringe pump? In other words, can the syringe pump deliver the bolus fast enough to achieve the purpose of RSI - to induce rapidly?
@edfenergy have cancelled my 3 phase smart meter installation again for the 3rd time without telling me. This is despite me arranging through a complaint handler. Worst customer service ever!
