🤣🤣.
THEY ARE NOT TRAITORS!
By design, MPs are not supposed to be loyal to the President (Executive)
Parliament is supposed to provide an oversight and check the executive decisions.
It’s his cabinet that owes him loyalty, not MPs. When MPs rubber stamp all decisions of the Executive based on party allegiance, we end up with approval of excessive borrowing, like in the PF, we end up with rubbish for laws, like the Public gatherings Bill.
What does he mean “they ignored an instruction to vote for Bill 7?” Isn’t Parliament supposed to work independently of the Executive anymore? And you are calling them traitors for doing their “primary role?” 🤣
What we should be, is ashamed that the President is publicly making such statements. MPs go to Parliament to represent the electorate and NOT the President. Every one needs to understand this.
@_Vndy_H Then there’s us, the general folk mu life, managing k2000 back n forth for necessities sake (wife/husband,family n all that)
Did you think about that before posting such rubbish?
Do you feel 50% of Zambians own cars? Like honestly??
Guys, tulebako serious na “real life” 🤦🏾♂️
Zambia doesn’t need blind supporters or permanent critics.
It needs citizens who can judge fairly:
what is working, what is failing, and what must change. 🇿🇲
