@DrEilidhMaria I'm £30ph for 37 hours, adjusted for real hours = <£25. Highly paid for a nurse. 30+ years in the profession. A Dr with the same experience & and responsibility earns at least twice that for 25% fewer hours. Plus, half again for private practice. Fight for me, I'll fight for you
