He'll be required to at least hand over any communications with the others charged with conspiracy. Or maybe they'll just get it from one of them.

IMO his video indicated he coordinated with people who had a plan to commit a crime. He went with them to the location to participate in the ambush. He did not just observe, he participated in the interference. He expressed full-throated support of what the protestors were doing. That's at least enough for investigation.

If they found or find any additional communications or video that further implicate him in the conspiracy to commit the crime, he's might be cooked.

Freedom of the press means freedom of publishing. Not freedom of someone claiming to be a journalist to DO whatever they want. In 2026, anyone can publish, so everyone is "the press".

His own video shows him coordinating, commentating, and giving full-throated support for the interference. He was participating in the crime, not just a observer.

Now I'm assuming you just have a different interpretation, so beyond that, hopefully we'll see in court if they have further incriminating communications between him and group. If it shows coordination or offering assistance he's dunzo.
