Yesterday I watched Project Hail Mary and I’m not even exaggerating, this could be one of the best sci-fi films I've ever watched.
There is literally not a single dull moment. The film keeps moving, but in a very balanced way. The comedy is simple and cute("Amaze amaze amaze"), the emotional parts made me cry lol...that's rare, and the tense scenes are done so well that you stay fully locked in(Butt-Clenching). It never feels messy or over the top, everything just lands properly.
What I really loved is how the film handles science. There’s a lot of complex stuff going on, but it never feels confusing. It explains things in such a simple and engaging way that you actually enjoy understanding it instead of feeling lost. I got to know that it is much more complicated in the books, but thank god they decided to simplify it in the movie.
And then comes the best part… the relationship between Ryan and Rocky. I did not expect to get this attached. It’s so pure, so natural, and honestly very relatable in a strange way. The way their bond grows slowly just hits hard, and by the second half, I was fully emotional. Didn’t expect to feel this much.
Also, Greig Fraser is just insane. Some of the frames in this film are genuinely beautiful. I don’t even know how he comes up with shots like that, everything looks so clean but still so grand.
By the end, it really feels like one of those films that stays with you. It quietly hits you with the idea that good things don’t last forever, and no matter how much time you spend with people you care about, it never feels enough.
I don’t know, this one just stayed with me. Definitely something I’ll keep thinking about for a long time.
Fist my bump.
Project Hail Mary is my first 10/10 movie in four years—and I watch a lot.
It completely wrecked me (a sci-fi that made me cry even harder than Interstellar).
Ryan Gosling is phenomenal. 🥹🥹

Zendaya responded to whether her 'Dune' character Chani and Florence Pugh's Princess Irulan will be seeing more of each other in 'Dune: Part Three' after how things ended in 'Dune: Part Two' with Paul choosing to marry Irulan.
She said, "I don't want to tease anything, but she's absolutely phenomenal. And you guys will just have to see for yourselves what happens because it's quite the journey."

This victory does not belong to me alone. It is a new page in the story of asian drag excellence.
Today the world has witnessed that Thai artists carry brilliance, creativity, and a spirit as powerful as any in the world. This crown and scepter are not merely symbols of triumph, they are a tribute to the beauty of our art, our culture, and every Thai artist who dares to dream beyond borders.
To anyone who is holding onto a dream, believe in it with all your heart. Dreams are never as distant as they seem. Today proves that our dreams can be as big as the world itself.

If the honorable congressman thinks those remarks belong in the halls of Congress, one can only imagine what passes for normal conversation in private, especially when women aren’t in the room.
What followed was even worse: intellectual dishonesty and refusal to engage with criticism. The familiar playbook of strongman politics that seems to be spreading everywhere these days.
