Separating commands from queries is such a powerful concept.
I don't get how it's even possible to navigate/maintain a codebase, that mixes both of them. Ok.. I've seen and worked in such codebases - it's so confusing.
Plus, in a CQS style codebase I literally don't care about how the code at the query side looks like. I'm much more relaxed about this, compared to the command side.
I was just about do delete a piece of code that didn't seem to make any sense to me, after Claude finished its work.
Then I learned what a honeypot field is and that it was put there on purpose to trick spam-bots.
Wow.
@tomaspueyo What if one removes and polishes all the meaningless details. To such a degree that it matches the depth of intend. Do you think it's possible to convey the idea that somebody cared, even when the creation itself is artificial?
Why do we have photographs?
Why do we have the movies?
Why do we have virtual reality?
..
It seems that humans are just obsessed with reproducing themselves.
What's next to come?
AI robots disguised as humans?
We won't stop then. We'll want to produce emotions in them and feel them ourselves.
Just until we reach the point of where we already are?
The entertainer Alan Watts talked about one of the phantasies, as he called it, which revolved about that matter of reproduction.
It's remarkable to see the continuation nowadays, quite some time later.
Yes, it responds with language. Language is the vehicle of thinking, which in turn contributes to our emotions. AIs are a reproduction of that thinking process, and I think that's where the question about consciousness arises.
Regarding the complexity of the system, consider some other example, say a baby for example. Its brain's development can be inferior to other animal's species, yet we assume a baby is conscious.
Introducing Griffin, the first model to pass the video Turing test.
48% of people who talked to it live thought it was a real human. Previous systems have had a pass rate <3%. It is #1 on NVIDIA's benchmark for full-duplex AI video.
It’s the first Human Interaction Model (HIM).
@ayoub_el77927 I wonder where you got that number from. Anyway, calling myself a builder or not, I just find my X feed to be more enjoyable, so I prefer to stay around here.
