@dan26wales We must change the concept of “medically fit”. I really don’t know what it means! Best place for next phase of care as agreed by MDT more appropriate. Or under current pressures I will accept, care does not require acute hospital inpatient care.

A lady made my day this morning (and hopefully I helped to improve hers). She was struggling to walk, using a zimmer to cross the road. I stopped, smiled and beckoned her across. The smile she gave me; the wave and the kiss she blew was amazing. Be kind to people and yourself 😉
