AZARGA METALS MARG: WHAT-IF: Here's a quick economic glance at a new resource update on a Zn-Cu project in Yukon. Not much information, but if the metallurgy holds, the project has potential. The rock value looks good, most likely an underground mine so it needs high value.
Owned by New Gold, this is Canadaโs only block cave mine in operation. Reserves are 39 Mt at 0.72% Cu, 0.65 g/t Au. UG mining cost is about $12/t. The do have a mudrush risk management program in place.
AYA GOLD - BOUMADINE: WHAT-IF: With AYA in the news, here's an economic glance at their refractory gold project. With the head grades and zinc / lead by-products the rock value, which is good ($300/t). Veins are narrow so dilution control will be key. PEA at year end.
I've written over 80 blogs from a mining consultant persepctive on topics such as due dilgence, PEA's, 43-101 reports, tailings, new technology, etc. I don't write about companies. They are an easy 3-4 minute read, check them out at https://t.co/I24qR9v5eB
