The GOP-led US House of Representatives just voted 215-208 to force Trump to end the war on Iran with four America First House Republicans voting in favor. A similar Senate test vote passed 50-47 last month. If the Senate passes the Iran War Resolution then Trump can either sign it, end the blockade and pull all US military forces out of the war or he can veto it and keep fighting the war indefinitely.

If it passes, Trump should declare victory, say we set back Iran's military by twenty years, end the blockade announce a strategic reset and redeploy all US military forces out of the region. Then, he can hold a military parade in Washington DC commemorating our "complete and total victory" over Iran on June 14th which is his 80th birthday. After that, he can focus like a laser on fixing our affordability crisis in the hopes of rescuing GOP control of the US Senate.
