If you love St. Thérèse of Lisieux as much as me, maybe you’ll join me for these 9 nights of reading, reflection, and prayer.
Each night starting with this thread, I’ll post a portion of her writing, a reflection on it & a prayer.
We conclude on her glorious Feast Day! 🙏🧵👇 👇
@3catturds@catholic_comedy Interesting take. The Catholic Church created the reformation. How so?
I don’t debate Mary. Upsets me because of my devotion to her and St Joseph.
@LexieMayHunter@SebGorka@WhiteHouse You are correct. When I read the article the other day they called it kippah. My point is it was being respectful and Rubio is sound in his faith. When he made his speech it wiped out any doubt.
@LexieMayHunter@SebGorka@WhiteHouse I’m just separating the politicians and the religious. Christ only knows what’s in Rubio’s heart. And again, he proved his faith to me last night.
@LexieMayHunter@SebGorka@WhiteHouse Saint JP2, Pope Benedict, and Pope Francis all visited. Of course they did not wear the yarmulke. Just like I would not expect a rabbi to wear a mitre if they visit St Peter’s square.
Marco is a politician. Solidarity
@uchofog@SebGorka@WhiteHouse It is called respect. You can participate as a Catholic as long as you know who you are first and stay True. I think he proved his Faith last night. God Bless Marco
@3catturds@catholic_comedy Which faith provided you with that Bible and then decided to change things up in the 16th century. Over 1000 years later. Find that strange. I also get a ton of info from those pesky Church Fathers.
Prayers of the Faithful is when the Priest, or anyone for that matter, can ask for any intention they want. The rest is for the liturgy.
If you want to talk about with a member of the clergy. Call them up and set an appointment. Or go to a Bible study. Mass is not the right time. That is for Jesus and the Sacrifice
