42 years since my father Gervase McKerr was murdered by the RUC in a shoot to kill operation. Still seeking Truth and Justice. #timefortruth#nevergivingup
Bit of background of the murder of my father Gervase McKerr. The inquest is still ongoing 40yrs later due to the state withholding evidence and trying to cover up the truth.

@TeamUnion_UK Jim Alister, the one who along with others , set up Ulster Resistance, where security forces were members. He's talking about the IRA being "enabled" by the South, just like loyalist terrorists were "enabled" by British Govt. Hypocrisy 😂😂😂
This can't be real as it wasn't that long ago that loads of people like @mooreholmes24 were saying Kneecap were finished. So this must be AI or something.
If they didn’t commit a crime, there’d be no prosecution.
Your country initially lied about their role both directly and via loyalist paramilitaries in murder. When coverup failed, you prevaricated, used time to wear down victims families.
Now you will legislate the coverup.

@ArleneFosterUK Not one word from you, about the murders of Mr McKinney and Mr Johnston, by the Paras, on the Shankill Rd, 1972. Why is that. Do they not deserve justice. Did you even acknowledge their anniversary on 7th Sept. How dare you deny their families their day in court. You're useless🤬
Were Labour lying about repealing/ replacing the legacy act? Their inaction almost a year and a half after gaining power would seem to reflect this but Mark lays the blame on the secret services holding them back and I can't say I disagree with him. Families left in limbo again🤬
Sir Keith Starmer is Brit establishment to his core, a unionist, so don't expect him to offer any kind of justice to the families whose loved ones were murdered by the brits or their proxies.
We would be keen to know what prosecutions taken by the PPS against the very few British soldiers were “unjustified”.
