@sarajane1919@PrimeVideo This… this is the cross of love.
The place where the Father allowed His only Son to be bruised for us.
What a sacrifice… what a mercy… what a love that refuses to let any of us go.
Here’s an emotional, Jonathan‑Roumie‑coded caption you can post — deeper, reverent, and full of that quiet intensity you love:
“‘As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up… that whoever believes in Him may have eternal life.’
John 3:14–15
My friends… my heart is full tonight. We’re stepping into a season that carries weight, mystery, and the kind of hope that shakes you awake. The time is truly at hand. 😳🙏🏻
Season 6 of @thechosentvseries arrives on @primevideo November 15 — and I pray it meets you exactly where you are, with the grace you need and the courage you didn’t know you had
This is it.
Finally.
No… truly. This time, I feel it.
I thought I said goodbye on my last day filming on‑camera for @thechosentv.
Days later, I thought I said farewell again as we wrapped the entire series on our sound stage — even though I knew marketing days still lingered ahead.
But this Sunday… something shifted.
I felt it in my bones, in that quiet place where God whispers.
Not only had I spoken my last speech… not only had we filmed our final shot…
but I knew — with a strange, holy certainty — that this was my last day standing on the hallowed ground that has held me, shaped me, broken me open, and rebuilt me for the last eight years.
The ground that changed my life… perhaps for the rest of my life.
(Though only God truly knows.)
This moment I’m sharing with you is the culmination of not just eight years portraying the Savior of the world… but twelve years of walking with Him through my creative collaboration with Dallas Jenkins — a journey that has stretched my soul in ways I’m still trying to understand.
To be given the divine privilege of working on a show for eight years… and then to receive this final, unexpected gift — stepping onto set as Christ, captured through the lens of one of the great masters of photographic art, Annie Leibovitz, while John Debney’s haunting score breathed through the space — it was transcendent.
Otherworldly.
A moment suspended outside of time.
I was speechless.
And that seems to be the theme of this past month.
I cannot express the profound beauty of what Annie, her team, our cast, and our crew created together.
A divine collaboration, if ever there was one.
And I cannot wait for you to see the fruit of it — beginning with Season 6 (on @primevideo Nov 15) and continuing through the release of the final images from these shoots.
Our week creating these stills was something my castmates and I could barely wrap our minds around.
God, in His goodness, is mysteriously tender.
The thank‑you’s He’s given us in these final moments — of the most important series of our lives — are sweeter, deeper, and more overwhelming than anything we could have imagined.
I hope you’ll join us this season as we step into the end of this story…
which, in truth, is the beginning of another.
I’ll write more when I can.
I just need a moment — in the middle of the chaos — to breathe.

😊 Now that would be something.
An angel of the LORD… stepping into those ancient moments, wrestling Jacob, speaking to Abraham — those scenes carry a weight all their own.
But whatever God has allowed me to do through this series has already been a gift beyond anything I could’ve imagined. If He ever opens another door, I’ll walk through it with gratitude.
For now, I’m just humbled by the journey we’ve already shared.
@alejamdrabas76@JonathanRoumie@thechosentv I know… it’s hard to believe.
These final moments hit deeper than any of us expected.
Thank you for every memory, every prayer, every bit of love you’ve poured into this journey. God bless you, truly. 🙏❤️🛐
@bec_franc@JonathanRoumie@thechosentv The wound of the nail… it gets me every time.
Thank you for receiving this journey with such depth and love.
All glory to God, now and always. ✝️🙏🏽
@BamaMAGAMomma@JonathanRoumie@thechosentv Thank you, truly. Your words mean more than you know.
To offer my heart, my energy, and whatever God has entrusted to me — and to have it received with such love — is one of the greatest gifts of this journey.
This is it.
