@culturaltutor When these were installed in our neighbourhood I felt it reduced safety. LEDs gave a piano key effect; pools of dark-light-dark-light along the street. Is there less light than under the sodium lamps in the dark areas? I don’t know but it’s certainly harder to see clearly.
