@IPVanish worst customer experience in some time. I have been a subscriber for several years, however want to cancel at the end of this term. Your website doesn't allow the cancellation process to complete and your online support via a bot is completely useless.
@Dpdcourier_FAQ deliveries in Poole Dorset are awful at the moment. Last week had notification that a package couldn't be delivered as I wasn't here (I was) picture was my next door neighbour! Today delivered wrong package to me, then said I refused my own package!
Scary moment tonight, my 15 year old and 17 year old daughters just told me how everything they knew as true from social media.

@BCPCouncil On a planning application form and from your automated email reply you say to comment on a planning application it must be done on your website, however when I go to the planning application page for the request, there is no "comment" button???
@BarclaysUKHelp what is going on, you have taken the "Blue Rewards Fee" twice. If you've done that to every customer, this must be a huge amount of money you have taken incorrectly!
