@AmericanAir thanks for doing nothing when somebody defecated on the floor in the Bathroom, and my wife literally stepped in it. Flight 2859, 11/2 Saturday. FA, said was a cultural thing, and Customer service did nothing when contacted about having to toss shoes in trash. Gross
