@finkd we spend so much money on Meta and no one is there to support what so ever. I even pay for meta verified. Before you push an update to your software to require people to do a face scan to do identity verification, make sure theres another way for Canadians to verify!!
@Meta your support sucks. Your face scan verification does not work in Canada for Facebook and I cannot respond to messenger messages and your support is of NO help. At the very least allow me to upload an ID to prove itโs me but that button doesnโt show either
@Meta your face scan verification does not work in Candaa. Allow me to upload an ID to verify my account. Why is the platform so buggy? How do i get in touch with a human vs always being in an AI feedback loop that isnt going anywhere

Weโve got deals that are $300,000 loss, we have some at $600,000 loss and 1 at a $1M loss on a single condo unit
Buyers, you really donโt understand the opportunity in front of you

Real estate is a fantastic avenue in building generational wealth if done right.
Here is how you find the right real estate deal that makes sense.
1. Know your market
2. Network
3. Numbers game
4. Off-market
5. Patience
6. Negotiate
Happy investing!
My first year in real estate was pretty transactional. I didnโt know how to build relationship, just knew how to hustle for the right deal and match make. It bites you in the ass. No relationship = no referral business. 3rd year I understood how to build relationships
I forget sometimes how much we cared as teenagers when little things would happen. Everything is emotional, very little logic, more emotional driven decision making
When things donโt work pivot. Sometimes hitting a concrete wall is a blessing.
1. Hit the wall quickly
2. Go back to drawing board
3. Never give up, the day you give up is the day the game swallowed you and spat you out
You can only beat the game if you understand the game
$56M on ArriveCAN app is political corruption at its finest.
Someone shook the right hand and publicly robbed Canadians of tax payer money for an app that is semi-mediocre.
Wouldnโt be surprised if higher ups in gov had an equity stake in the company who got the contract.
In 15-20 years real estate client meetings will take place not in a physical office space but in a virtual reality space from the comfort of their own homes. I think 20 years because still the majority of home owners are older individuals where technology adoption is harder.
