@NattyZ I would ask them what their definition of “stage appropriate” was relative to early operational scale. You can probe for empathy, intellect, and experience, but if they don’t have a grasp on stage appropriate behaviors their advice can be very distracting.

To @iamalisonball point, it's darn hard to outperform QBO. When you add a #Nicheapp, you get the best of both worlds and peace of mind leveraging the best of the breed.
