It turns out that when the Democrats controlled the House, Senate and Presidency during Biden, 20 million illegal aliens entered the country. And now that Republicans are following the law and deporting said aliens, you want to blame them?! This shutdown would never have occurred without the Democrats. None of what they are doing is screening. They are helping with the surrounding logistics, not interfering with the screening process. They are doing ID checks at the beginning and are not involved in the actual screening process, nor are they “interfering” with the screening process. Just because a couple of people were identified as illegal aliens that had a 2019 order for removal from the US, and they were taken into custody, ICE agents in no way interfered with the TSA screening process or did TSA duties deemed only for trained individuals.
