@Colly1960@david_parker I don't think anybody is saying the government shouldn't help. The thing is that they should not have had the need on the first place. Government policies have led to insane rates of inflation.
If you want to be part of the largest party working in opposition to the uniparty that is in Ottawa get your membership and tune into this meeting!

@someolddude21@Martyupnorth@dckurek I appreciate the support but I would like to remind everyone that Damian was promised before the byelection that he would be allowed to run in Battle River-Crowfoot in the next general election. Truth is important. Pierre never intended to represent us.
You forgot the part where lodging in Canada is eating up 50% of take home income these days, or more, and groceries cost at least 30% more than in the US. also you picked the highest minimum wage, it varies by province, in Canada and the lowest in the USA. Overall cost of living is lower in most of the USA when compared with Canada averages.
Why should Ottawa decide how Alberta runs healthcare?
Under a PPC government, we’d keep our own tax dollars — no more federal strings, no more one-size-fits-all mandates.
✅ Local control
✅ Faster care
✅ Real innovation
Let Alberta lead. #PPC#HealthcareFreedom#AlbertaFirst
@raghu_venugopal@ElephantSignal I don't think you speak for all 38 million Canadians. I don't want to join the USA either but I would not want to burn it all just to keep it from them.
@jo44527486@raghu_venugopal The problems did not start with the UCP. I'm not saying they are doing anything correct with our medical system. I do believe some of them are trying. AHS is a failed experiment. But the problem is not just in Alberta.
