This is theft !!! @lyft I've tried to contact your drivers, support, and the local authorities. Your "contracted" drivers stole my bag and $1000 CASH IN THIS BAG! Taking my livelihood from me! With no remorse or true help on this matter !!!!

Why did @SouthwestAir customer service rep just try to tell me I didn't meet the 25k miles reimbursement threshold or date! When their website clearly stated dec 24- Jan 2! I have yet to receive any points or contact ! This is absolutely ridiculous !
