🔴Promising new data:
Red light therapy is showing real results in Parkinson's disease clinical trials —
gait improves, tremors ease, and new brain imaging suggests it may actually protect dopamine neurons.
This isn't fringe science.
It's peer-reviewed.
Here's what the data shows 🧵👇

FDA is complely useless: “We use over 10,000 food additives here in the US. In Europe there's only 400 approved.”
“American food companies are selling the same exact products overseas without these chemicals, but choose to continue serving us the most toxic version here.”
I think @lindseyvonn has jumped to the Mt. Rushmore of toughest athletes all time…
If you think about how we talk about Kobe tearing his Achilles making the free throws and walking off…
I don’t know how to describe this.
A Gen Z joined the team.
Week one.
During onboarding, the manager said,
“We sometimes stay late during peak periods.”
Gen Z nodded.
Then asked,
“Is that paid… or just expected?”
The room went quiet.
- No attitude.
- No rebellion.
- Just a question.
Later that day, HR mentioned “growth opportunities.”
Gen Z replied,
“Does growth include raises, or just more responsibility?”
Again, silence.
- No laziness.
- No entitlement.
- Just clarity.
That’s when the team realized something.
When people say
“Gen Z is lazy,”
what they really mean is:
Gen Z watched old generation
- skip meals,
- miss birthdays,
- work weekends,
- and burn out
only to be told
“budgets are tight”
and “be grateful you have a job.”
So Gen Z chose differently.
- They don’t romanticize overwork.
- They don’t confuse suffering with ambition.
- They don’t trade health for praise.
They still work hard.
They just refuse to work for nothing.
It’s not laziness.
It’s pattern recognition.
And honestly,
after everything old generation went through…
Can you really blame them?
Mark my words: Prescription oxytocin cream is going to be the most revolutionary stress & sleep protocol in 2026. The data coming out is compelling:
Stanford paid 35,000 people to quit social media.
This was the largest study on emotional health in history.
The results were so shocking, scientists called it "comparable to therapy."
Here's what happens when you break free from the algorithm:

Taking more than 8 extra-strength Tylenol in a 24 hour period can potentially lead to liver failure and death.
8.
8 x 500 mg =4,000 mg
That’s the MAX dose of acetaminophen before liver failure.
8 is not that many people!!!
Think twice before doing any TikTok challenges trying to ‘show Trump’ by taking a ton of Tylenol.
Slow painful death.
🚨 MINNESOTA FRAUD: A Medicaid-funded Housing Stabilization Services program was initially budgeted to spend $2.5M per year.
That program has already spent $60M in 2025 alone and is riddled with fraud.
Welcome to Tim Walz’s Minnesota.
Board Certified OBGYN exposes what they must go through just to get one prescription approved by health insurance companies
“This is what doctors are dealing with in 2025. So my patient needs a medication, an indicated medication for her condition. So I send the prescription to the commercial pharmacy
- The pharmacist tells me that this medication needs a prior authorization and sends me a fax with a 1-800 number
- The 1-800 number leads me to a pharmacy benefit manager that wants to ask my npi, my date of birth, the patient's information, what kind of the prescription is, how long do they need it for. Only to tell me at the end of the phone call that I actually have to call the patient's insurance company to authorize the prior authorization for the needed medication
- So I call the patient's insurance company and once again, I have to verify my information, the patient's information, the prescription information, what the patient needs it for, only for the insurance company to tell me that this is not how they do prior authorization
- So they're going to have to fax me some forms that I'm not allowed to do a prior authorization on the phone
- So then the fax comes through and I fill it all out. The patient's information, my information, my npi, what the prescription is, how long they need it for, clinical documentation.
And now we sit and wait and see if the powers that be think that the patient actually needs the medication”
“I went to school. I went to undergraduate medical school, 4 years of OBGYN residency, then went back and did an integrative medicine fellowship, all for these people to dictate how my patient gets cared for.
Please know that your healthcare providers are fighting for you day in and day out on things we don't get reimbursed for.”
US Healthcare Insurance executives need to be thrown in prison for what they’ve done to our healthcare system
As I try to process the assassination of former Speaker Hortman, her husband and the assassination attempt on Senator Hoffman and his wife, I think the hardest part of it is that it can’t be “fixed”. As a legislator, we are constantly being asked to “do this”, ”fix that”, ”change this”, ”stop that”. This situation can’t be fixed, it can’t be changed. I feel helpless and to be honest, I am not sure how to process this horrific event. What I do know is that WE ALL have A RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH. You may not like that speech but that doesn’t give one the right to permanently end the life of another human being.
The 67/67 tie in the MN House has been a blessing in disguise. For me, the forced working together in a bipartisan manner (up until the regular session finished) was a good thing. We had to reach across the aisle, form allies and friendships even blossomed. It was healthy. Granted there are people on both sides of the aisle that are mad about the bipartisan collaboration and wanted the impossible to be possible. If you are mad, you take out that anger and frustration at the ballot box. That’s it. You vote.
Now there are voices ON BOTH SIDES OF THE AISLE that are turning this tragedy, this heinous act into a political grift by using social media to share “things that don’t add up” or their own spin on the facts for a sensational post to garner “likes”, more followers and for many those posts generate revenue if they are an “influencer”. It’s gross. Don’t do it. Humans were murdered. Humans are recovering. Humans are grieving. Real people are affected. Don’t use your social media platform to profit off this tragedy.
Political differences are okay to have. It’s okay to be friends with someone who thinks differently than you do. It’s okay to also not be in lockstep with your own political party. It’s not okay to threaten people for different beliefs and it’s not okay to forever silence people for the beliefs they may hold.
Know one another. Love one another.
Prayers to my colleagues. Prayers to the Hoffman family and Hortman family.
God bless you all.
The FDA says these foods are "safe."
But the rest of the world disagrees.
