Tune in for exciting never to be missed updates from the roller coaster that is my day to day stuff...

[jonathan taylor @jonedtaylor]

@BrightonHoveBus The driver of my 5b decided to take the 5 route at Preston Park meaning anyone who wanted Beaconsfield Villas had to get off deep into Preston Park and walk back. And he’s missed anyone waiting for his bus. 3 min walk home turned into 20.

[jonathan taylor @jonedtaylor]

@BrightonHoveBus I’ve just had to get off a broken down 5 on my way in to work. This is the third time in a month I’ve needed to do this making me late for work on each occasion. Do you offer any form of compensation for such events?

[jonathan taylor @jonedtaylor]

@BrightonHoveBus Your App is showing that some buses on the 5 line have been cancelled when they haven’t….

[jonathan taylor @jonedtaylor]

@nectar I can’t access my account online or on the app. I’ve tried changing my password but the login fails. Worryingly, when I went to use my nectar points at Sainsbury’s the till point said I had no points at all when there’s over £10 to use.
