@petershaw20 Nah Wrexham managed to triple their outgoings by using their Hollywood story to triple their incomings.
You can't magically pump money into a football club.
Never in a million years would a brand lome TikTok sponsor a club like Wrexham but they did because of R+R, it's all fair
@HepburnGraham@akikozono Incorrect, we got fined for 'breaching the spirit of the game', not actually for spying. Rules around spying were introduced after the Leeds/Derby incident, because there were none. Every team is now aware there are rules in place, so why risk breaking them?
@timlufc_mk2 Homegrown is only an issue in Europe. Prem only needs 8 national players, not club-trained, and I'm pretty sure Wales counts too so we're absolutely fine on this. Even players like Nmecha fit Prem rules due to being trained by City.
@theadelites I don't get the need for this.
No team has ever been relegated on 43 points.
West Ham haven't won 3 games in a row since 2023.
We haven't lost 3 in a row since November. It just isn't going to happen.
@nocontextfm1 I have no issues with Wrexham's spending, first season under Rob and Ryan they tripled their incomings which allowed them to triple their outgoings. Smart business if you ask me leveraging their star power. When would you ever see a brand like TikTok sponsor a club like Wexham?
@Inevitablewest@Clay06LCFC What is 'our culture'? Being racist and misogynistic?
Who cares if football stopped for all of 60 seconds, this was pre-arranged and agreed by all parties.
Pretty sure we're the land of chivalry and all that, so let's not debase ourselves.
@WestHamPlace The only reason we're (somewhat) confident is because we have 4 pretty favourable home games left, Sunderland, Brentford, Wolves and Burnley, who wouldn't be confident there. Also we've trips to Palace, Bournemouth and Spurs where we can certainly grab a point at.
@GrahamSmyth Cool, let's maybe make the changes we should've made as soon as we went 1-0 down. Absolutely zero point in us playing the way we did for 20 mins after conceding. At least if we'd have made subs, it'd either be 1-1 or 3-0 and we'd be put out of our misery - a win win.
@enzo7i You can fuck right off with that, football isn't FM or Fifa, you can't just slot a player into a system and expect them to perform just because "they're better", Aaronson has done nothing to warrant being dropped.
Mikey Lewis might as well throw a green and yellow shirt on. Abysmal. One of the worst individual performances I've ever seen in Rugby League. #Ashes2025
@acti0nMaN1984@RisingStarXI Crazy, calling Grealish a flop is like saying someone who scored 99/100 on an exam flopped because they didn't get 100%. Grealish played in one of the world's best teams and unfortunately there are better options out there - doesn't make him a flop at all.
@shortov7 Problem is the lean, by leaning into the ball he's attempting to block it, but blocks it with his arm in the process. No lean, he's totally fine. He's not in a 'natural' position to block the ball which is why he has to lean, therefore the arm is in an unnatural position.
@markydh@matt2481@GrahamSmyth Exactly this, Farke is absolutely going to be playing a 4-3-3 with the midfield he has at his disposal. Longstaff, Tanaka, Ampadu isn't a bad 3 to have considering the amount of running that will be required by us. Stach and Gruev will play parts too.
