@OfficialPLT @BBCPanorama PLT NEEDS INVESTIGATING! 3 weeks still without my missing clothes, somehow getting blamed for the clothes going missing…. No response from anyone but Al, who is unhelpful. Can’t be the only one this is happening to?!????

@OfficialPLT over 3 weeks and still missing half my order for PLT, emailed, tweeted, instagram, whatapp and still have had NO REPLY!!! Has anyone else had this problem?
