@Queen_Miso Black people telling other blacks they can't celebrate each others success and perseverance is the most ignorant shit ever. We gotta stop giving everyone a platform to speak idk how we fix it but we do
To make matters worse, the blk Americans telling other blacks they can't or shouldn't celebrate are probably the ones celebrating last month for cinco de mayo. On every Continent, bold should be happy to see each other get through the storm. Wtf is going on 🤦♂️
I can't even believe this is a topic. If blk people want to celebrate your perseverance, why stop them because they aren't from where you're from? Thats the most ignorant shit ever. You should be happy to have anyone happy for you.
I don’t particularly care if non-black Americans celebrate Juneteenth because at the end of the day I consider myself pan-African.
But I will say, if we started trying to co-opt other independence days from other ethnicities in the diaspora, they would throw a fit lol.
@patokiplimo@Gatsoxo Exactly my point. He didn't need our system to be one of the best ever. I doubt the blacks playing in Europe would either. I'm sure the system helps but to assume black people would be bad athletes without the help of a white system is comical and unrealistic.
@The8lkNuremberg@ReclaimD1 White men do it too. You can scroll on any Twitter account and see us bitching about our women with black men. We're probably 10x worse than black women regarding the complaining
@Hfrozex@ReclaimD1 Because they all aren't ghetto that's just the propaganda you and unfortunately many black men fell into. However, two things can be true at once and part of what you're saying is true. They entertain all women, even white Karen's who love them via our birth rates
@turntbatch So us alluding to them being inferior to us is something we like to tell ourselves to make ourselves feel better. You can google how much of their history was wiped out. If we knew the truth we'd hate ourselves and become insecure.
@turntbatch Columbus documented seeing Africans coming from America on his first voyage there. They've been here. Our history books have ALL of our heads messed up. The Natives were here too. Who came first? Don't know but I do know the Africans are at least 20,000 years older than all of us
@MFX373@Gatsoxo I don't try to defend these people but I think it's funny we stole literally everyone's resources on the face of the earth so we could stop being dirty leftovers from Britain, Spain, Portugal, etc. After hundreds of years of obviously feeling inferior, we're finally here. 🤦♂️
@QuantMvs@EventHorizon46@Gatsoxo They're the reason our birth rates are low. Our women love them more than us so they'll have the last laugh, trust me. It'll only be about 200 years sadly
@_miguelreis_@YAIZAMAMI@Afrette36 Yeah but there was still peace on the earth before we start colonizing stuff bro just being honest 😂 we messed up everything
@HendoVari@DokkaKjetil@danielgothits That's an emotional statement. I'm just tired of us saying things out of ignorance. Africans civilized Europe. It's a lot of history our ancestors washed away of theirs and we abuse that because we know deep down a lot of us are envious of them. We'd just rather die than admit it
