All customers who have faced the same issue must form together and approach the Consumer Court against @Vivo_India .
@Vivo_India I have been a loyal customer to Vivo.
If the mistake is by my side for sure I would pay for that.
But this issue is different.
The service centre simply asks me to pay for the new display with name sake reason.
Same reply from Vivo too.
Highly Disappointed.
