@mcewan_janiel Yea what he said was wrong they authorities though need to enforce the littering laws while providing adequate garbage collection because it's not days now its month and months in my area it's been one month no collection the community starts burning the garbage

@GlenDivo Well thats true sadly thats the mindset of alot of Jamaicans we lack leaders on all fronts and the decency our grandparents and great grandparents had seems to not have reached certain generations

@GlenDivo But both can be truth and one is directly related to the other Jamaica doesnt have certain standards a garbage bin provides a means of citizens disposinv of garbage if they go outside of that then they should be held accountable but thats hard if powers that be dont do their part

@GlenDivo Also you make have garbage receptacles but they arent being collected so garbage overflows and litter anyway

@GlenDivo One could argue tough its the governments responsibility to standardize these you make the rule and enforce it then you make the necessary provisions so citizens can follow the rule of law but you cant say no littering but there arent garbage receptables everywhere
