How would you like to have this happen to you? You pay for your rental car from @DollarCars in advance so you are ensured there is a vehicle waiting for you. When your flight is delayed you call their customer service number to them to tell them your arriving later and are told:
@DollarCars Don’t go to dollar in Denver bc the wait time is over 2 hours and they don’t have enough places for anyone to sit or a working vending machine.
.@DollarCars we’ve been waiting 2 hours in line to pick up the car we reserved months ago. We have a 4 yr old and a 12 week old and there’s no way to even get a water bc the vending machine is broken.
@VoilaJessie @CNPalerts You probably have to call them to complain. They're only taking calls from people with 0 power. We've had problems with our transformer for MONTHS and their excuse was there weren't enough complaints so you probably need to start calling and have your neighbors call, too.
Apparently, @CenterPoint doesn't think it's important for people to be able to have reliable electricity. It's only a problem if you have no electricity at all. Surging electricity from unreliable transformers is NBD.
I am not suggesting that Centerpoint not restore power to those without right now, only that they actually take notice of other issues as well. This IS a safety issue, too.
@Lowes There is something you could do for me. You could take my complaint seriously and have someone actually call and talk to me about this issue and RESOLVE it.
I've DMed our information to the @Lowes account hours ago, spent hours on the phone with customer service who didn't have the authority to provide any real solution. Someone HELP ME. PLEASE.
I need a real response and answers. It seems like your customer service department has seriously dropped the ball when it comes to responses. I've missed 2 days of work and now I have to miss a third and I'm the mother of a young child whose schedule has been seriously disrupted.
