@FoxNews lol. The city with 10 million people in it has the most people leaving and the most people coming. Thats how numbers work. Good job FOX, as usual.
@AdamDoesMovies_ I… cannot for the life of me understand why there’s so much love for this movie. When I wasn’t snickering to myself I was BORED to tears.
@DavidVelasco1 @iamJeffTorres There will still be doubles on set, so no... crafty will still be needed. I don't think anyone here understands how this works.
@DavidAugust read what you just copy pasted. Read it carefully " TO FORM vfx-iatse. TO FORM. it's not a union. I don't know how you don't know this and work in hollywood, honestly. google is free.
@DavidAugust This is the website to try and START a vfx union. I marched in 2013 to try and make it happen, when Life of Pi won the Oscar and simultaneously killed the vfx house. This isn't a union.
@DavidAugust lol, VFX just voted to unionize at ONE studio for Marvel, and barely at that. It's just for on-set workers. It does not have a couple of unions. I don't know why you're insisting you're the expert in my field.
@DavidAugust I'm fully embedded with what AI is doing. I work in VFX. We do not have a union. Our careers are already being threatened by AI. Whole departments wiped out already, yet not a peep from the rest of Hollywood.
@DavidAugust VFX does not have a union. I guess you weren't aware of that. We don't get anything from this, but job losses. You keep posting these terrible stock photo composites as though it was proof of anything.
@DavidAugust Except I don't. I do this for a living. you don't know what you're talking about. What you just posted proves my point. This has no moving camera. It's a stock photo with an AI generated voice and motion on the mouth and eyes. That's it. That's not going to cut it in a film.
@DavidAugust I am the "AI" people. I quite literally do this for a living. I work in VFX, and yes it is something more akin to a composite. That's how it works.
