@PeterSciretta@TheDanOChannel I have to say the single story line is part of why we didn’t return. We had a fantastic time, and highly recommend it. But we were so satisfied with what we saw and experienced that it was harder to justify going back. Not to say we never would have but no urgency for us.
@mboyle1959 We deal with this so much. I feel for parents because every coach tells them this is important and that is important. Including me telling them rest and training is important. But youth sports is about the money at the moment, not about development.
@MollieDamon @thepjskittles Is anyone helping you with technique in barbell movements or choice of exercise? Often times that’s the main culprit of back pain during training.
@HowellsDan Depends on athlete. Athlete I’ve trained for years and have built trust with? Explain evidence and ask to trust my judgment. Newer client, less buy in? Try to minimize the damage and provide alternative, hope that makes them feel better subjectively so the case makes itself.
@N8Mess From a writing stand point I do think that episode could have been tighter. I’m not sure we really needed the train sequence to reach the conclusion we did. It wasn’t a bad episode or poorly written, I think it just needs to feel earned. And it may be as the story progresses.
@mboyle1959 No Mike, we must use the exercise that has the highest activation of the target musculature at ALL times. If you don’t, you are wrong. It’s really that simple 😂😒
@Stuntman_MIK3@LucasSWGirl Definitely far from ideal, but also most of them seem relatively happy with the situation based on what we saw. They have no delusion about how the empire would have handled it.
