@kylewelch As for what is working, I think being more general (Open source tech) helps a lot. If it was pigeon holed to JavaScript, UI, React, AI, etc. I think it might have faded over time, but the broad topic allows it to change over the years with current topics!
@AdamRackis Do you use this rule https://t.co/v5fyk7Np4P in your code bases? I've found it's the only practical way to really keep slop out! I might be missing something, but it would be awesome if TS added this without needing extra linting bolted on
@shagbark_hick I've had great realtors, but just did a big farm purchase and a land sale without realtors and everything went well. In PA the closing/title company actually does the tedious work of ensuring a clean title, recording deed and insuring the title against defects
@shagbark_hick Also keep hearing we're going to have so much automation we won't have enough jobs, but at the same time we're not going to have enough people to support everything, which side is correct?
@shagbark_hick In absolute numbers there's still a lot of children being born.
Maybe the slowing rate per person is a response to places feeling crowded (people increasing live in urban areas that feel tight on space)
@shagbark_hick People would be more content if they spent a few moments thinking about what life was like for most people even just 70 years ago. Two of my grandparents didn't grow up with indoor plumbing! Most people live like royalty today 👑
