I am legitimately curious. There is an environmental crisis with global warming. Is there not also a financial crisis in the growing deficit of the US? Are they equally important?

What would happen if we spent as much time scrutinizing the acts of those with whom we agree with as much as those with whom we don't agree? Perhaps we might establish dual and mutual accountability. Now that would be something.
