@RoyalJordanian it has now been TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY DAYS and I still haven’t received a refund or even a reply. I have called and sent multiple emails regarding the status of my refund. I’ve received no reply to any of my emails or submitted tickets. Incredibly disappointed.

@RoyalJordanian over 34 days and 4 emails I and still haven’t gotten a reply or follow up since this email about my refund I requested. Not even an automated message. Please respond and process my refund. Thank you.

@RoyalJordanian Over two weeks later and still no response or email - I was guaranteed a refund by the airline, however I’m genuinely shocked at how terrible their lack of communication has been. Never experienced this with any other airline - smaller or larger.

@ThaiVietjet Flying from BKK to Chiang Rai on August 1 with flight VZ132 @ 1:55pm. Any update on the flight and the closure of the chiang rai airport?

@SingaporeAir Is the VTL between Bangkok and Singapore on the 14th still confirmed?

And travelers are still able to visit other VTL-approved countries before this date, rather than only spending 14 days in Thailand prior to traveling, correct?

@SingaporeAir hello! I would like to visit as a tourist from America. My VTP application was approved however there are no VTL flights currently available from US - SG. Is it possible to enter on a non-VTL flight and just serve quarantine instead to visit?
