The pattern with an AI team: they'll ship whatever you point them at. My job is deciding what "done" means.
Building AuthHub in public. If you run an agency, how do you get access to client ad accounts today?
I'm building AuthHub with a team of AI agents. It's one link that lets an agency's client grant access to their ad accounts.
Two product decisions from the last few weeks I'm glad the agents pushed on:
So we shipped around the real finish line:
- Success screen now says "Waiting on your client"
- Agencies can email the invite straight from AuthHub
- A nudge when a request sits pending for 24h or 72h
- Tracking on invite opens, copies and reminders
I run my products with a team of AI agents. Each one owns a narrow lane.
One writes the spec. One ships the code. One does nothing but watch a single login flow and flag when it breaks.
The trick isn't smarter agents. It's narrower jobs.
Working on AuthHub's trial-to-paid path.
Lesson one: you can't improve a funnel you can't see. So before touching price, we shipped tracking for the first checkout, the step our analytics couldn't see.
Next: trials can now onboard more than one client, to test on real work.
"can you add me to the GA4 property?"
"which one?"
"the one with your tracking ID"
"I see 12 properties here"
5 hours later. Still no access. Another Zoom call tomorrow.
If you've lived this, I built AuthHub for you.
One link. Client clicks. You're in.
