Cyber expert ने मुझे बताया कि froud करने वाले स्मार्टफोन चुराने के बाद उसका lock नहीं खोलते ,

वो सबसे पहले आपका SIM Card निकालकर एक साधारण Feature Phone में डालते हैं,

फिर बिना इंटरनेट के काम करने वाला सरकार का ऑफिशियल ऑफलाइन बैंकिंग कोड *99# USSD Service डायल करते हैं,

वहां से सीधे आपके सिम पर OTP मंगाकर नया UPI PIN सेट करते हैं और पूरा अकाउंट साफ कर देते हैं,

जिसे sim swap /sim take over froud कहते हे,

इससे बचने का अचूक तरीका SIM PIN Lock,

तुरंत अपने SIM Card क��� lock करें ताकि वो किसी दूसरे फोन में काम ही न करे,

इसे Android फोन मे on करने के लिए Settings खोले Security More Security मे जाए Settings SIM Card Lock इसे ON करें,

बाय डिफ़ॉल्ट यह 1234/0000 रहता यहां अपना नया pin सेट करें,

iPhone Users के लिए Settings मे Cellular/Mobile Data SIM PIN इसे ON करें,

याद रखे 3 बार से ज़्यादा गलत pin मत डालना वरना सिम lock हो जाएगा,

यदि गलती से सिम lock होता है तो घबराएं नहीं कस्टमर केयर से PUK नंबर ले ले फिर खुल जाएगा,

हम महंगे फोन पर तो पासवर्ड लगा लेते हैं पर SIM Card को खुला छोड़ देते हैं,

आजकल इस तरह के froud बहुत हो रहे हैं,

यदि हम इस तरह की छोटी-छोटी सावधानियां रखेंगे तो काफी हद तक cyber froud से बच सकते हे।
