🔴第二个人：刘忍——陈志犯罪集团"重要骨干"
🔹刘忍是柬埔寨安徽总商会会长，曾长期顶着"成功侨商""安徽省海外政协委员"光环，央视还报道过他的"爱国事迹"。
🔹据公安部通报，2016年陈志指挥刘忍等人创立金贝集团，运营网络赌博平台；2020年以来在柬经营电诈园区，涉案金额特别巨大；刘忍本人还涉嫌非法拘禁、故意伤害。
🔹2026年6月5日刘忍在金边被带走，6月10日移交中国警方，6月17日央视播出押解画面——同样黑布蒙头、特警押送回国。

🔴美国根本够不着这两人：
🔹中美之间没有引渡条约，加之两国对抗持续加深。
🔹美国要的是公开审判，把诈骗帝国与权贵的勾连摊在阳光下；中国要的是关起门来、自己掌控叙事——两人在国内均为"闭门侦办"，外界无从知晓。
