This is the fact the press continuously fails to push back on during every show. Repubs will say: "Dems voted to raise YOUR taxes". NO: Dems added many amendments to limit raising taxes to only the wealthy and Repubs voted NO.

Democrats are not proposing to “end America” or abolish private property. And their stated tax policy explicitly protects people earning under $400,000 from tax increases while raising taxes on corporations and the wealthiest Americans.

You can disagree with Democratic policies. You don’t have to invent an apocalypse to do it.
