Why is the use of scales so lost on us Farmers & Ghanaians as a whole. Majority of ordinary Farmers remain so cheated with their produce on a daily basis due to the lack of uniformed guaranteed prices. Our neighboring countries seem to use scales but not in Ghana. Why is that?
