Your own source puts the chance that police violence killed her at 13%. That's not 'absolutely no evidence'. It's one website's probability estimate from 2022. The UN fact-finding mission investigated for over a year and concluded she died from physical violence in custody. And the CCTV shows the station, not the van.
Even if she had died of natural causes, the state still detained her for showing her hair. Millions of Iranians didn't need the CIA to be angry about that.

The '109 countries' list counts towns, regions and the same places over and over. Many of those 'countries' didn't even exist yet.
And by your logic, the Roma have been expelled from nearly every country in Europe too, and the Nazis murdered them as well. Were they the burglars? Being persecuted everywhere shows how widespread the prejudice was, not that the victims deserved it.
