Tidöpartiernas storstilade kärnkraftsprojekt har nu havererat hela vägen in i statlig planekonomi.
Ett statligt atombolag ska äga majoriteten. Totalt 80 % statligt. Och ta 188 mdr för avfallet.
Sanslöst när resten av världen bygger billigt förnybart.

Six months into the ceasefire, civilians in Gaza remain trapped in devastating conditions:
· Israeli strikes have continued to kill and injure civilians, destroy homes, and erode any sense of safety
· Humanitarian access remains severely constrained
· Families remain in makeshift shelters, exposed to hazards, and with limited access to basic goods
The people of Gaza and Israel need more than a fragile pause. They urgently need a credible path to safety, dignity, and recovery.

To destroy a civilization would be the ultimate war crime. Whatever happens tonight in and on Iran: civilians must be protected. That is not a recommendation, it is international humanitarian law.
Civilian families pay the highest price after a month of indiscriminate warfare in, on and from Lebanon.
57 Lebanese first responders have been killed, vital bridges used to flee have been destroyed, and lives are being shattered across the country.
More than one million people have been displaced. Families have fled again and again, and entire communities are trapped in fear, loss, and exhaustion.
There is no end in sight. Yet even as needs surge, the humanitarian response is only one-third funded.
In southern Lebanon, an Israeli ground invasion and extensive destruction will isolate vulnerable communities and prevent families from returning home.
This is a humanitarian crisis spiralling by the day. All parties must de-escalate now.
NRC teams and partners are supporting displaced people with emergency relief and racing against time to turn classrooms into basic sleeping spaces, while providing basic education and trauma care to children.
We need funding to scale up the response.
We need protection of civilians according to international humanitarian law.
Lebanon cannot be left to face this crisis alone.

In 1944 she was deported to #Auschwitz and murdered in a gas chamber.

Russia’s latest strikes on civilian targets in Kyiv are yet another example of three simple facts:
1. Russia has no intentions of ending this war.
2. Russia has not changed its main strategic aim of destroying the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
3. Russian strikes on civilian targets are a blatant violation of international law.
The only thing that President Putin understands, is power. The only thing that will bring him to the negotiating table is pressure.
Finland will continue to support Ukraine with all necessary diplomatic, financial and military efforts. For as long as it takes.
29 August 1941 | An Italian Jewish girl, Gianna Di Segni, was born in Rome.
In October 1943 she was deported to #Auschwitz with her parents Rita and Riccardo. None of them survived.
Russia's recent attacks on Kyiv and many other Ukrainian cities are a deliberate escalation.
They undermine efforts toward peace.
We will increase our support to Ukraine, including by accelerating work on the 19th package of sanctions.

Gaza is piled with rubble,
piled with bodies,
piled with examples of what may be serious violations of international law.
Hostages must be released and the atrocious treatment they have been forced to endure must stop.
Civilians must be protected.
