@JessicaBellTO This corp is avoiding traditional multi-family (where I invest). Ontario made it terrible for this company to buy multi-fam, so they are eating single-fam instead. If you don't make the LTB better for multi-fam landlords, others will start eating single-family along with them.

Canadian citizens shouldn’t have to lose the right to live their lives in to preserve hospital capacity. No one wants to hear about ICU capacity. That is the governments job. If you want a single payer system, then provide what’s promised or open up private healthcare&education
