That is indeed the picture! The pointy hill on the right is way off-scale but the shape is very like Beamsley Beacon. Here is a view of the same direction, taken from further away.

Finally revealed…Black Mirror artwork for fictitious but authentic CRASH Covers from 1984, featuring Metl Hedd and Bandersnatch, produced by Oliver Frey mid-2018. Both painted in mono inks on board, scanned and finished in Photoshop, logo elements added in Adobe inDesign.

On reconsideration, and after our discussion regarding Bolton Bridge, I now think I may have taken this photo facing the wrong way! The farm building would then be back on the left-hand side, and the shape of the pointy hill is reminiscent of Beamsley Beacon ...

@EastLondonGroup I think he painted the bridge from the other side, upstream. The skyline and the tree on the right-hand side better matches the sketch. There is also a bend in the river about 400 yards from the bridge where he might have sketched from, foreshortening the perspective drastically.
