My goal protein is 190g per day. I need to be eating 2400 calories a day according to the nutritionist. I'm just hitting a wall at 150g and 1900 calories. I think based on this advice I need to up my protein in the mornings with breakfast
Can any fellow gym grinders on the TL give me advice on how to hit my protein macro?
I’m eating as much as I physically can but 150g of protein and 1900 calories is a struggle. Protein shakes? Or something to help me hit the number
