There’s nothing Democrats do without cheating — including ramming higher taxes down the throats of the American taxpayer at 4:30 in the morning, around the same time frame they rig everything else, including overthrowing your government.

Illinois’ attempt to raise taxes failed. The law only allows a maximum of two votes.

Here are Democrats meeting at 4:30 AM, illegally taking a third vote and attempting to ram a tax increase down the throats of the citizens of Illinois.

Leader Patrick Windhorst called out Democrats on the House floor:

“Madam Speaker, I don’t believe you recorded the prior vote when we had the verification. I believe that was inappropriate. I think it’s clear to everybody what’s going on here. It takes a supermajority.

How many times does it take to get this right in your mind? You passed these rules. These are your rules. I think you’re wrong with the motion to reconsider. That’s not the appropriate process.

Rule 72 is clear about what is to occur with concurrences. It says you get two votes on a concurrence. Both of those failed.

I think it should be clear to everyone in this state what this supermajority is willing to do to ram a tax increase down the throats of the citizens of Illinois at 4:30 in the morning. Three votes. Three votes.

Three votes. Request a verification.”

Now, if John Thune doesn’t think the Democrats will nuke the filibuster—he is a f**king Democrat.
