basically my 8 years of Peating condensed into 1 hour:
it covers:
- why being fat is a symptom, not the problem
- the 3 bottlenecks keeping you average
- how to eat more and lose fat by upgrading metabolic throughput
- why TRT skips the most important step
- the exact foods, supplements, training split & tools I use
- how to build the identity and systems that make it stick
it's a bit long so i recommend kicking back or listening to it in the gym.

just got myself another 2 months worth of beef liver. if i don’t get at least a few 100 grams every few weeks my health just isn’t the same.
liver + oysters + fruits + dairy + gelatin
basically covers all your micronutrients.
@Benchbruv27 depends on the person. i suppose the iron load can get quite high. vit A shouldn’t be a problem. i think if the person is very deficient even upwards of 1000 grams couldn’t hurt for just a while.

@SUNTRESKA i cook it and usually eat it with white rice and drink it with cola because i don’t find it very nice to eat even after 10 years of eating it
for my Dutch Peaters;
icecream factory:
€5 for 300g of organic icecream at 5g of fat per 100g.
can eat a whole bucket and it’s only 16g of fat. better and cheaper than hagen jew or ben & jewry

@billy_d_21 i start with the muscle i want to grow the most;
arms;
- biceps 2-3 exercises 1-2 working sets
- triceps 2;3 exercises, 1-2 working sets
then recently only 1 exercise for chest, 1 exercise for back, 1 for shoulders
it's specifically tailored towards growing arms
New favorite split:
upper, lower, upper, rest, upper, lower, upper, rest.
+ sprints on rest days
shorter burstier workouts are androgenic and leave me energized.
long grueling workouts feel estrogenic and leave me fatigued.
How to train better than 99% of goyim: https://t.co/7gZwde7ujo
I gained a significant amount of muscle in only 8 months using this training split. Very low stress. Anti goyim grindset, very peaty.
This is the training split for aristocrats in 2026.
